Annual report

At the end of each year PhD students are requested to submit a report detailing the activities carried out (courses, schools and workshops attended, tutoring, and research activities).

PhD students are evaluated through an oral presentation of their results (Form 07,17, 21) and a written Annual Report (Form 16), an Evaluation Form reporting in detail all the training activities they have attended (i.e. courses, seminars, conferences, etc ) as well as their research activity (Form 18), and the planned program for the following year (Form 20).  The oral presentation is in front of the Scientific Board and other PhD students. The Scientific Board evaluates the PhD students and approves the advancement to the following year.
